"Upon buying a “new home to us”, we gave consideration to a few different, reputable general contractors in the Fargo-Moorhead area to help us transforming the home to fit our needs and styles. We chose to award the project to The Home Authority because we knew we could trust Rachael Boyer and her team unconditionally and knew that her experience and body of work was exactly what we were looking for and going to lean on quite heavily throughout. And now that the project has completed, we have seen the home of our dreams having been transformed in splendor and in such a way that far exceeds any and all expectations we had going in. Needless to say, we are very happy with the choices we made and immensely thankful to Rachael and her incredible team of caring and experienced sub-contractors.
I could easily offer up twenty bullets as to what, in our opinion, sets apart The Home Authority from other reputable contractors in the region, but here are the top five that stand out above the rest.
• The project is outlined in great detail before a nail gets pulled, and the description of work and associated costs at each and every line item are made known. We came upon zero surprises in this area along the way, with some line items even coming in under budgeted cost.
• Rachael works sincerely and intimately with the homeowner at every decision point, whether in the design or construction phase, seeking homeowner inputs and desires, and then compiling options to discuss and choose from.
• The project is managed online so you can, from any internet-enabled device, see and interact with schedules, costs, change orders and a whole lot more. And outside said project portal, communications with Rachael are constant, easy and with purpose.
• We found every sub-contractor of theirs to be absolutely professional and well versed in their trade. Their work was amazing and done exactly like it was drawn up.
• There is no detail that gets overlooked or assumed. Rachael has a unique way of putting every detail, whether on the radar of homeowner or not, in front of her customer for dialogue, options, costs, time and decision without compromising the schedule of work along the way."
