What warranty comes with my remodel?
Every project includes our 1-Year Craftsmanship Warranty. Qualifying projects can also include the 3-Year Premium, 5-Year Leak-Free Warranty and 5-Year Structural & Mechanical warranties.
How do I know which warranties my project qualifies for?
Your project agreement lists the warranties that apply. Your designer and project lead will walk you through them before construction starts.
Are the warranties transferable if I sell my home?
Some are. The 3-Year Premium Warranty includes transferable coverage. Your warranty documents spell out the specific terms.
What does the 5-Year Leak-Free Warranty cover?
Workmanship-related leaks in qualifying tile showers, waterproof membranes, wet rooms and shower waterproofing assemblies we install.
What about manufacturer warranties on products?
Products like fixtures and appliances carry their own manufacturer warranties. We help you with those claims as part of our craftsmanship warranty.
What is Authority Infinity Care™?
