Who can use the client portal?

The portal is for current Home Authority, Inc. clients. You’ll get an invitation once your project is underway.

I didn’t get an invitation email. What should I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it’s not there, call us at 218-620-9126 and we’ll resend it.

I forgot my password.

Click Client Login, then use the “Forgot password” link on the Buildertrend login screen to reset it.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes. Download the free Buildertrend app for iPhone or Android and log in with the same email and password.

Can my spouse or partner have access too?

Yes. Let your project manager know and we’ll send them their own invitation.

I’m not a client yet. Can I see the portal?
